All sales of our digital products (Excel or Google Sheet templates) are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for these products once the purchase is complete and the template is accessible for download.

Our no-refund policy is in place due to the instant access and irrevocable nature of digital goods. Once a template is downloaded, it cannot be returned.

We are committed to providing high-quality templates. If you experience any technical issues with a template, such as file corruption or incompatibility, please contact us at support@dataartisantech.com with details of the issue. We will make every effort to resolve the problem, including providing replacement files or technical assistance.
